Amazing, super crisp and smooth animation. The gun spin and shot at the end was incredibly satisfying. I just wish Steve’s voice was clearer. The Marvel vs. Capcom music was also a perfect choice, might I add!

This may get lost in the reviews but I think this was fantastically done. My favourite part of this video was all the little references to olden-days cartoons that made it all the more authentic. I specifically loved the intro which brought me right back to the City of Townsville. I enjoyed the characterisation of the annoyingly adorable Private Thirstaker, though her voice lines sounded blurry - it'd be awesome if Ms. Vicky invested in a better microphone. The art and animation had some glaring flaws that I will not point out because the cartoony effects, visual gags and shot angles and character mannerisms were done amazingly, which distracted from them. Overall, super-good job, and I'm excited for part two! ^__^

Hey dude! Thanks so much for the review, I really appreciate it!

This is one of the nicest comments I’ve gotten c: I’m glad you loved my work!

I knew someone was eventually gonna point out the mic quality for Private, but well, time was-a-ticking & I did what I could at the time.
[Luckily I just recently invested in a better mic hahaha]

Your art style is just adorable. @kikupaさんの泣き声にビックリしましたw。

Likely going to get lost in the reviews, but I really liked this film. I love the use of Girlfriend's voice samples in the musical composition (excellent job on that, I like it better than the YouTube version). The visual style was fever-dreamy enough to convey the irony of it being amongst other edgy Newgrounds submissions but still be genuinely cute as a standalone work. The early-2000s nostalgic elements are on point and you deserve a full 5/5 just for that. My only criticism is that the ending should've been earlier so it's more easily understood as part of the film and also because Pico's scream getting cut off by the credits/outro would've been even funnier. Not cutting any points because you did great.

Perhaps the coolest thing I have seen all week.

Love these, just the right length and timing for bumpers too. Your style really inspires me as always.

Literally screams Newgrounds and Adult Swim at the same time. Awesome.

Love the idea and humour. The text is fairly hard and eyestrain-y to read though, maybe consider changing the colour. ^__^

I will go on a rampage if this isn't featured in the stream.

This is an amazing film packed with style. The use of speed lines is not gratuitous, they are expertly placed and add so much energy to all the characters' movements; maybe even giving the illusion of the lines wavering in the immense heat from the explosions and quick movements. The fast- and slow-moving dust cloud sequences were incredibly visually satisfying. I love this.
